Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive in 4–8 business days — 1–3 days to process and pack, then 3–5 days in transit. Every order ships tracked.

Do you charge for shipping?

No. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where do you ship from?

A warehouse in the United States. That's the reason we can deliver in days rather than the two-to-three weeks typical of imported metal wall art.

Where do you ship to?

The continental United States (lower 48 states). We can't currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO military addresses.

What is the art made of?

Hand-cut metal, with a flat profile that sits close to the wall.

How big are the pieces?

Each product page lists exact dimensions in both inches and centimetres. Our Sri Yantra piece is 16.5" × 16.5"; the Hummingbird welcome sign is 12.6" × 12.2". Measure your wall before ordering — pieces almost always look smaller in a photo than they do in your head.

Is the Hummingbird piece a set?

No. It is a single wall hanging — one piece, not a multi-piece set.

Does it come with mounting hardware?

Hardware is not included. Each piece hangs flat against the wall and works with a standard picture hook or wall anchor suited to your wall type.

Can I hang it outside?

These are designed as indoor decor. A covered porch or sheltered entryway is fine; fully exposed outdoor mounting will shorten the finish's life.

Can I return it?

Yes — 30 days from delivery. See our Refund Policy for the details.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement free of charge. You won't need to send the damaged piece back.
