Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

There is no shipping charge at checkout. No minimum, no threshold, no surprise fee on the last step.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the continental United States (the lower 48 states) only.

We are not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. outlying islands, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. If an order is placed to one of these destinations we will contact you and refund it in full.

Processing and delivery

• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
• Transit: 3 to 5 business days
• Total: 4 to 8 business days for most orders

Our stock is held in a United States warehouse, not overseas. That is why delivery is measured in days rather than the two to three weeks common for imported metal wall art.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked via USPS, UPS or FedEx. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is scanned in. If you have not received one within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then email us.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can add a day or two. If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email usayash.lx@gmail.com and we will chase it for you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot reroute it.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, check with neighbours and your building manager first, then email us within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace and make it right.
